The Concrete Outcome Loop
Shift learning from “read more” toward “make something you can revisit, show, and revise.”
1. Input
A clipping, project problem, interview response, bug, or client request.

2. Question
What do I actually need to learn or decide right now?

5. Feedback
Let AI, a user, client, interviewer, test, or your future self examine it.

6. Record
Capture one learning record or update the relevant Evergreen note or Project next step.

Minimum Standard
- It can be completed in 30–90 minutes.
- It can be reopened, linked, or referenced.
- It makes the next action clearer.
- Ideally, it supports creating useful content, products, or systems that can have an effect in the real world.
Choose a Concrete Outcome
- Vague idea → article brief or Evergreen seed.
- Product uncertainty → scenario draft, opportunity map, or prototype note.
- Unfamiliar technology → one-page explanation, small implementation, or code-comment review.
- Unstable communication → 90-second answer, SPAR story, or closing sentence.
- Messy system → decision note, workflow checklist, or dashboard adjustment.
Internalization Question
Whenever you encounter an input, ask:
What do I actually need to learn or decide right now? What is the smallest concrete outcome this input could become?
